Can anyone help me find a car?

I’ve been scouring the web for the past 3 months in search of a Subaru Legacy GT the way I want it. Please just leave me any help in the comments.

So what I’m looking for: 2005-2007 White Legacy GT Limited. I want the light tan leather interior, moonroof, and it MUST be a 5-speed Manual.

Others I’m looking for, but are much less likely to find, are a 2006 or 2007 Subaru Legacy GT Spec-B, which was a limited production model. These are both a rare silver color, different for each year. The 2006 has brick red interior, the 2007 a nice blue.

I’ve looked all over autotrader, carmax, ebay, cars.com, craigslist, individual dealers, all with no luck. I’m guessing the problem with a highly rated and reliable used car is, people don’t want to give them up. Right now I’d be interested in looking anywhere, but obviously would prefer if the car was in California. I’m hoping to spend under $17,000, and have seen about 100 blue LGT’s for $16k or less.

Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Predictions for 2009

Hello friends! I know it’s been a while since my last blog post, but here is a fun one: predictions for 2009. When reading this, realize that I have NO PULL whatsoever in anything and that these are just my opinions and predictions. I do not have the ability to predict the future…

Hot and not, 2009.

Automotive: Hot: Ford, Nissan Not: Subaru, GM

I’m predicting that Ford will come out with something amazing in 2009 that will stop everyone in their tracks. It’s been a while since they’ve impressed me, so I think they are overdue for something amazing. Nissan already impressed the crap out of me for 2008, I think they will carry on.

Subaru dropped out of WRC, this is official, they are no longer giving a crap about their rally heritage and it is more than apparent in their vehicle lineup. IMO all of their cars have become bug-eyed, watered down and CHEAP LOOKING. Comparable to Kia and the like. GM currently makes one car I enjoy, and that’s the corvette, but I don’t LOVE that car. GM has so many problems, a lackluster selection, poor offerings as far as reliabilty and I can see them tanking if the government stops bailing them out.

People: Hot: Odette Yustman, Hugh Jackman Not: Tom Cruise, Oprah.

OMG ODETTE YUSTMAN!!! She is this years Meghan  Fox, or will be Friday, when The Unborn officially launches. She has an amazing body, amazing face, and carries herself well on camera. She can handle a lot of roles and I see her going far in 2009. Michael Bay is directing The Unborn and I have faith that the movie might actually be as exciting as the trailer leads you to believe. Can’t wait to see it! Hugh Jackman is a great actor, already “the worlds sexiest man” and is a really down to Earth and cool guy.

Tom Cruise, where to begin with this guy. He’s becoming increasingly boring, and the roles he takes on as a cameo actor lately sure do suck hard. His performance in Tropic Thunder just frustrated me, I hate when movies have lame bits like that. I’m predicting that in 2009, he will not be in the spotlight of the press nearly as much as has been in previous years. Oprah will probably stay boring, keep her show going, and not let anything exciting happen. She’s boring like that, I’m guessing nothing exciting will happen with her.

I’m guessing Obama will no doubt spend lots of money, tick me off, and continue to become more popular for no apparent reason other than the fact that idiots make him out to be some kind of pop culture icon. Clothing will have his face all over it, and everyone will continue to think he’s the “bees knees” despite him being a snaky socialist.

These are my predictions for 2009. Like I said, don’t take me TOO seriously, these are topics unrelated to me and my authorities are placed elsewhere.
